Breaking news: Players will get their money back from Full Tilt Poker

Breaking news! The Full Tilt Poker situation in short:

According to Subject: Poker, Full Tilt Poker and Groupe Bernard Tapie have executed an agreement to further the transfer of Full Tilt Poker's assets to Groupe Bernard Tapie.

As part of of this agreement, Group Bernard Tapie will pay to non-US players their money back. Non-US players are owed approximately 150 million dollars.

Also as part of this agreement, The Department of Justice is responsible to pay to the US players. US players are also owed approximately 150 million dollars.

When these payments to players will happen, it is not said yet. Attorneys for either party, GBT or FTP, have not offered any comments either. These news have been collected from various sources, and hopefully we will get more facts soon.
