Serious poker players have accounts on different poker sites for different purposes. For example: 1. One poker site where to play cash games. 2. One poker site where to play big guaranteed tournaments. 3. One poker site where to play with small amounts of money when relaxing/drunk.
Moneybookers is essential and the best tool to move money in between these different poker sites. It is fast, easy to use, works in "every" country and with every poker site. And it doesn't take fees when you move your money from one poker site to another poker site.
Because poker sites want people to play the deposits always work immediately. When you make your deposit it takes only seconds when you'll see your money in your poker account and you are ready to play.
When making withdraw / cash out there might be huge differences in between different poker sites how fast they handle your request. You would assume that in these "fast internet days" every poker site would do it immediately and automatically, because there isn't any reason why it shouldn't be so, but they aren't.
Here are the test results of withdraw / cash out times from different poker sites:
- PokerStars 1 minute - 15 minutes.
- Full Tilt 1 minute - 1 day (usually 1 minute - 15 minutes)
- bwin 1 day - 3 days
- 888poker average time approximately 3 days
- CarbonPoker 3 days- 7 days
On their pages every poker site advertise about "fast withdrawals". Obviously it seems to be only advertising without any facts behind those words. In real life only few poker sites actually make those fast withdrawals, even so they all should do them.

"Know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em"
The very basic rules of being winning poker player in the long run, are well put in to this classic song "The Gambler" by Kenny Rogers.
"You got to know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em."
"Ev'ry gambler knows that the secret to survivin',
is knowin' what to throw away and knowing what to keep.
'Cause ev'ry hand's a winner and ev'ry hand's a loser."
If player would be able to follow these rules, he would most likely to become a winning poker player:
- Know when to hold them.
- Know when to fold them.
And understand that every hand can be a winner as well as a loser, so he should know what to throw away and what to keep.
It is that simple. Yet still not easy at all to make those right moves in the middle of game, but with playing, learning, practicing and experience it comes easier and easier to make them.
As we all know, beginners hardly ever fold if they have "a good hand". They just can't believe they are losing with such a beautiful hand, and so they won't fold them no matter what the board is.
At the same time professional players, who have lot's of experience, can fold monster hands when they assume they are losing with them. That is the key difference in between winning player and losing player.

Test & review: The cheap poker playing cards vs. the quality poker playing cards
People play poker all over the world. However, even so the game is popular, most often they play with the cheapest possible playing cards.
The quality poker playing cards costs approximately 6-8 times more than the cheap ones. (Naturally there is also much more expensive cards available.) Are they worth it? Absolutely yes. In this test and review it will be explained why they are worth it.
Not only that the cards are cheap, but usually they are bridge size and not poker size. The bridge size cards are made for bridge, in where player has plenty of cards in hand at the same time. That is why the bridge size cards are more narrow than the actual poker playing cards.
The quality poker playing cards have many advantages vs. the cheap ones. They are made to last and perform well when playing, for example they should slide well on the table when dealer deals the cards. Their looks are high on details. (More about these special features on the different reviews considering different card brands. You can check COPAG test and review from here: Test and review: COPAG POKER SIZE 100% PLASTIC )
The quality poker playing cards can handle the bending without suffering any damage. During the game the cards are bent dozens of times, both when shuffling the cards and also when the players check what they have.
When the player releases his grip from the card after bending, the quality poker playing cards return back into it's form in the split of a second. That is one major difference to the cheap poker playing cards, since the cheap cards may not return back to their form at all.
During the game the cheap poker playing cards tend to tear and brake easily. And they got stains from the (greasy/dirty) fingers. From the different kind of marks and stains all the players are able to see what the card is, only by looking at the back of the card. That is terrible thing when playing poker, or any card game in that matter.
Different quality cards have different features. Some may be slicker than the other. Some may be thicker than the other. One thing what they all have common is their durability. They might cost 6-8 times more than the cheap poker playing cards, but for that price they can and will last 100 times longer. (And most likely even much longer than that.)
In the long run it pays off to purchase good quality poker playing cards without any doubt. The quality poker playing cards also affect to the game-experience, when they are nice looking, comfortable to hold, easy to shuffle... but most importantly, when nobody can tell from the back of the card what the card is. Only that alone is good enough reason to invest into the quality poker playing cards.

Playing cards. Small example of different brands, sizes and prices.

when compared to the cheap one.

The bending of the cards from the player's own view, when he checks what cards he has.
Same situation from the side. From the side it is easier to notice how much the cards
actually bend every time player looks at them.
When the player releases his grip from the card after bending, the quality poker playing cards return back into it's form in the split of a second. That is one major difference to the cheap poker playing cards, since the cheap cards may not return back to their form at all.
The difference.
The quality poker playing card returns back into it's form immediately
after bending. (Pictured at left.) The cheap poker playing card doesn't return
into it's form even in 60 seconds. (Pictured at right.)
During the game the cheap poker playing cards tend to tear and brake easily. And they got stains from the (greasy/dirty) fingers. Our test group supposed to play 6-10 hours with these cheap poker playing cards,
but they had to stop using these cards after 4 hours of playing.
Same test group. The quality poker playing cards after 10 hours of playing.
The cards were as good as new ones without any flaws.
In the long run it pays off to purchase good quality poker playing cards without any doubt. The quality poker playing cards also affect to the game-experience, when they are nice looking, comfortable to hold, easy to shuffle... but most importantly, when nobody can tell from the back of the card what the card is. Test and review: COPAG POKER SIZE 100% PLASTIC ELITE LINE playing cards with JUMBO INDEX
This test and review was hard to write. Why? Because it is easy to write about product that may have some flaws. But if the product is flawless, it makes things complicated. Text starts to look more like an advertisement rather than test and review.
This is exactly the case with COPAG Poker Size Elite Line cards. They are flawless cards. Well... almost.
There was both cheaper and more expensive cards being used in our test game before the COPAG cards stepped in. (Review of them coming later.) When the COPAG cards came in, players went nuts. They want to touch and take closer look at them. "Very beautiful cards", was mentioned many times.
Price-wise COPAG Poker Size Elite Line cards are in the middle, when compared to other high-class playing cards. Their quality however is right there on top-class, so their price competitiveness is excellent.
COPAG Poker Size Elite Line cards are made from 100% PVC plastic. The cards are long lasting and should look like new ones for long time. They won't catch dirt easily. And in case they do catch dirt somehow, one can even wash them. (Read the washing instructions from here: COPAG Cleaning Instructions )
The cards are simply beautiful. Both sides of the cards. These cards get high points from visuality, no doubt about it.
The cards are thick, but at the same time very flexible. Thickness is "always" good, you want to feel that you have real high-class cards in your hand. That feeling you definitely get with COPAG cards. Flexibility of these cards is good thing too, if you for example think about a player who like to bend those corners like a madman. These COPAG cards can take serious bending without any harm done.
There is only one thing how COPAG could improve these cards. The cards are little bit slippery. They are not the slickest cards around, but they are rather slippery. In another hand it is good thing, they slide across the table easily when dealing. In another hand... in our test games the cards were on the floor few times, when player who was dealing did not concentrate on shuffling. (Although, extensive use of beer by some players must have had something to do with these accidents.)
COPAG Poker Size Elite Line cards come in plastic container with two set of decks. (Color combinations pictured in the photo.) Plastic container keep these cards well protected, if carrying them around from poker home games to another.
Conclusion:
COPAG Poker Size Elite Line cards are one of the best deals you can make when buying high quality cards. Only in case when buyer requires maximum friction from the cards, you might want to look some other ones from the market. Otherwise it is hard to find any reason why not to buy these cards. They are very close to perfect.

Breaking news: Facebook is trying to slow us down.
The "controversial" photo causing the problems and getting Facebook hypocrites on their toes. Where is the nudity, drugs, violence, threatening individual or group... etc on this lingerie-photo? Nowhere. There isn't anything that would violate any terms anywhere. No genitals showing or nipples. It is a photo of beautiful lady with lingerie on her. Facebook might as well delete and close down all the photos in where anyone is on bikinis?
Breaking news: Facebook is warning us. If our Facebook-page will be closed down, follow us here! IF they will close our Facebook-page, then ALL the material from there will be soon found from here. Also, in that case we will find as soon as possible another place for you to enjoy our lifestyle-pages. Thank you! Respect to you all!

New QueenOverAces -Lady: April Summers
Proud to present. #5 QueenOverAces -Lady: April Summers. There is much more photos of her on our Facebook page. Remember to join in and give her some respect. And love! (Press "Like" to her photos and write nice comments, she will like it.)
April is a Model/Actress/TV presenter currently based in London, United Kingdom. She has been in tons of magazines, just to name a few: FHM, GQ Style, Maxim, Playboy Italy, Playboy France, Zoo, Nuts... etc. Way too many to mention.
April considers herself as a rock 'n' roll girl, but for example also likes the music of theater. And along with rock 'n' roll, she is also big fan of football (that is soccer to some of you). "I do enjoy watching Football! I was really into the World Cup."
Her turn ons are a hot tub, candles, soft music and when you put all them together, you will most likely get one really turned on April. However, if you are arrogant man, you have no chance whatsoever, because arrogance is her biggest turn off. So remember: be polite.

The deal of the year? Or just a scam?
It sounds good. One well known poker magazine together with online poker site offer possibility to win 2 year professional poker player deal. All expenses paid to various big tournaments etc. That is great!
Or is it?
The rules are simple: who ever makes most profit in between April 1st to April 31th will win that sponsorship deal. The profit can be made by playing cash games, sit & gos or multi-table tournaments. That is simple. In fact too simple.
Naturally the purpose of this promotion is to attract as many new players as possible to register in to that poker site, by selling the dream of becoming poker pro to all of those players who have been dreaming about it for years. Well, you don't need to be Einstein to realize those dreamers won't have a chance.
Why?
Let's compare two players. Player A from Greece and player B from France.
Player A is extremely skillful player. After seeing this promotion, he register in and deposits 100 dollars. He starts to play there every day. From day one he makes impressive results and profit. His ROI is extremely good. In just 31 days he manage to raise his bankroll from 100 dollars to 62'000 dollars. With that unbelievable achievement he makes even Phil Ferguson jealous! Historical success.
Player B has money, friends and connections. He deposits 50'000 dollars, which is the maximum allowed. His friends have already deposited before and played there earlier, just to make sure no one knows they are friends. Player B sits down in to the biggest cash table available. In 6 hours he wins 244'000 dollars. It is enough to take the number one position from the leaderboard. Next day he opens 20 cash tables, the smallest micro-tables the site offers. He plays there as many hours as needed to achieve total minimum of 2'000 raked hands required to be eligible to promotion. Even so he loses all the time in all of those 20 micro-tables, he loses only 677 dollars that day. His number 1 leaderboard position was not in danger at any time.
After careful investigation it was announced that player B hasn't violated any rules or terms of the promotion. Player B is the fair winner of the 2 year deal.
Player A couldn't believe what just happened. He went to closest taverna and ordered the biggest bottle of ouzo they had. This time without water, only with ice. After 90 minutes he ordered another bottle. Now without ice.
This hypothetical example shows that if the rules are too simple, at least two things occur:
1. There is always possibilities to manipulate the competition. And if there is even the slightest chance, someone will do it or at least someone will try to do it.
2. The competition isn't fair even without manipulation, if compared two players with different starting bankrolls. Player who could be the best of the best ever lived on this planet, just doesn't have a chance against player who have hundreds times bigger bankroll to start with.
Yes, it sounded like a good deal. But. As usual, if it sounds too good to be true, it isn't true. It isn't true for those skillful players who doesn't have huge bankroll to start with. And this means, not necessarily the best player will win that 2 years sponsorship deal. It is a shame, because the idea was good.
